Alliance: Haines House – An Underground Railroad Site

[ March 6, 2010; 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. March 7, 2010; 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. ] The Haines House Underground Railroad site at 186 W. Market Street will be open this weekend. Docents will be avaliable for guided tours on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon and Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. Admission is $3 per person.

The Haines House served as an Underground Railroad station beginning around 1853.
