Travels Through Time: Civil War Bus Tour

The Ohio Historical Society invites you to join us this summer as we travel throughout Ohio to discover the fascinating stories and places of the Buckeye state and the American Civil War. This three day tour includes visits to Camp Chase Cemetery where more than 2,000 Confederate prisoners of war are buried, the Hayes Presidential Center in Fremont, a riverboat dinner cruise along the Ohio River and visits to the homes of Ulysses S. Grant and William Tecumseh Sherman. Plus, enjoy a special presentation from OHS marketing manager and Civil War historian Mark Holbrook at dinner on Monday evening. As always, Travels Through Time tours are escorted by knowledgeable OHS staff to make your journey entertaining and fun!
