Come join a celebration of the birth of Civil War general and President Ulysses S. Grant at his birthplace along the scenic Ohio River. The event features living history presentations, tours of the U.S. Grant Birthplace cottage, food, and period music. Lester Horwitz, author of The Longest Raid of the Civil War will speak about Gen. John Hunt Morgan’s raid through Ohio in July of 1863.
