Making Sense of the American Civil War: Reading and Discussion Series organized by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the American Library Association. This 4-part series will be led by Dr. Mark Grimsley, award-winning American military historian, author, and professor of history at OSU. At Westerville Public Library, 2-4 p.m. Saturdays Sept. 15, Oct. 6, Oct. 20, and Nov. 3. Book kits will be provided for registrants: America’s War by Edward L.
