The Sabina Historical Society will have a Civil War display at Traditions Restaurant through the end of February. The display features reproductions of paper money used by the Union and Confederacy, a map of the states and battles, along with stories from the magazine section of the newspapers. On a small table, there are hats from both sides, flags and a cannon replica, along with other photographs and information. Our friends at Traditions are looking to develop ways to inform others about Sabina and the local area about what they have to offer. While in town check out the Sabina Historical Society Museum just across the street on the second floor of the Municipal Building. We are currently closed for the winter, but appointments can be made by contacting Sharon Roberts at 937-382-8520 or Susanne Kenney at 937-584-2802, or you may even catch us by chance!
Details: Traditions Restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm.
Location: Traditions Restaurant, 78 N. Howard Street, Sabina, Ohio 45169.
