The Peninsula Valley Historic & Education Foundation will present a Victorian High Tea & Fashion Show on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 1:30 PM at the G.A.R. Hall Museum in Peninsula. It’s the perfect way to welcome spring in the valley, soothe your soul and feed your appetite!
Preparations are under way with a divine menu certain to compliment our historic setting. Once again, our own Peggy Jo Whitman and Becky Peffer will create the delicacies served on fine china, with Carlean Perez directing a period fashion show. Ladies and “young” ladies on spring break are sure to enjoy this special afternoon beyond the ordinary with a step back in time. Vintage attire by guests is most welcome with a prize for “best of afternoon.”
