Join the Newark Public Library for a presentation by Scott Mingus: author, tour guide, multiple award winning miniature war gamer, patented scientist, and history buff based near York Pennsylvania will share stories from his book Human Interest Stories of the Gettysburg Campaign. A book sale and signing session will follow his riveting presentation.
