Join us at the annual Lincoln Weekend: Wayne County Historical Society Living History Event!
Lt. Dennis Brinker of the 4th OVI Co.E is preparing his troops for the encampment on the grounds of the Wayne County Historical Society. Commander Matt Bottomley of the Givens Camp #51 and 16th OVI and his soldiers will also be encamped with their huge Civil War cannon. The groups will be as authentic as possible in reenacting the life of the soldiers during the “War Between the States” almost 150 years ago.
Come and see their demonstrations. They will be glad to answer questions. They are always recruiting new members and will be happy to sign you up!
Sponsors: Wayne County Historical Society & Wayne Civil War Roundtable
