The Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument in Downtown Cleveland commemorates the American Civil War. The Reopening Event will celebrate the completion of the physical restoration of the Monument to its 1894 Victorian Splendor that began in 2008.
The monument is open daily, Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
