  1. I do a first person presentation of Mother Bickerdyke. I have visited her gravesite and her monument in Galesburg, IL. I have given my presentation to school children, senior groups, DAR and SAR groups, a veterans group in a prison and many others.

  2. That sounds great! The deadline is approaching so please consider following the link above in order to fill out the application form. The performance would be a great opportunity to share the stories of women involved in the war.

  3. Hi,

I’m a month late on the deadline. I just came across this notice this morning. Wondering if I can still submit an application for consideration?

  4. I’m not sure if they are still accepting applications but please contact Fran, Ohio Humanities Council, at 800-293-9774.
