When Congress passed the Conscription Act of 1863 in March the proposed draft was immediately met with resistance. Columbus: Lee & Grant Exhibit

[ September 9, 2009 to October 17, 2009. ] Lee and Grant will be on display at Capital University’s Schumacher Gallery.   Gallery hours are 1-5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
